Refunds & Returns Policy

📌 Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. Completing a purchase on our website indicates that you agree to the following terms:

✅ Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item if the product is:

  1. Damaged or defective

  2. Not functioning properly

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

🛠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Note: We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused during shipment. If you wish to insure your package, please inform us before placing your order.

❌ Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings or lighting

  • Size or fit issues

  • Battery-related issues (batteries are consumables)

  • Discounted items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Products repaired or altered by another party

  • Unclaimed parcels beyond the courier's pick-up deadline

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. For the fastest service, return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

💸 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.

Refund types:

  • Full refund (minus shipping & handling) for unopened, unused items.

  • Partial refund for items with minor wear (e.g., protective film removed); subject to inspection.

  • No refund for damaged, worn, or altered items (e.g., disassembled strap screw).

🚫 Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations are no longer possible as processing begins.

Cancellation fees apply:

  • For standard orders: 10% of order total or USD $53, whichever is greater.

  • For orders with custom time-mark: 15% or USD $56, whichever is greater.

  • We do not support impulsive purchases. Please consider carefully before placing an order.

  • If you have any requests (e.g. specific styles, modifications), please contact us before placing the order.

  • Failure to communicate before ordering may result in us being unable to accommodate post-order changes.
